Deposit, Payment, Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. This will confirm your place on the Photo-Tour.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance will be due 60 days prior to the beginning of your Photo-Tour. We will send an invoice by email.
All payments are by PayPal.
Cancellation: If you cancel more than 60 days ahead of time you will be given a full refund. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days ahead of time we will retain your deposit but will return any additional money that you have paid. There can be no refunds if you cancel less than 30 days out.
While this can be difficult to hear it is a necessity. Each Photo-tour requires massive amounts of work and expense – much of which occurs long before the beginning date. In addition it’s nearly impossible to fill your vacated spot if less than 30 days remains.
We do not have a minimum student policy. In other words, we will run a full tour/workshop even if there is just one person signing up. If for some reason WE have to cancel the workshop/tour (which has never happened), we will immediately give you a 100% refund.
